What’s Included in This Package:

1. 1 x Mild Steel Gate (FBG1): Double Unequal Leaf design (1 Big and 1 Small Panel).
2. Security Lockset: Standard Mortise Type Lever Lock.
3. 4 x Computerized Keys: High-security keys (Please note: This is not a digital lock).
4. Full Service: Online consultation, site measurement, delivery, and installation.
5. Free Disposal: We dismantle and dispose of your existing gate at no extra cost.

Technical Notes & Optional Add-ons:

1. Unit Number Plate: Unit number and plate (attached to small panel) are not included. Available as an optional add-on for $30.
2. Bottom Panel: Additional bottom panel (up to 30cm) available for $100.
3. Oversized Gates: An additional cost of $100 to $180 applies if the width or height exceeds standard measurements.
4. Existing Frame: Painting of your existing HDB gate frame is not included.

2. Measurement (1-2 Working Days): We will contact you via WhatsApp to schedule a site measurement. We will bring our catalog for you to confirm the design.
3. Note: We mark the order as "Shipped" once the measurement is scheduled.
4. Fabrication: Your custom gate will be ready in 12 to 18 working days after measurement.
5. Installation: We will arrange a 2 to 3-hour time slot for the installation.
