⚠️ Important Installation & Technical Notes:

1. Existing Frame Policy: Installation is done on your existing HDB/Builder/Developer frame. We do NOT remove, hack, repair, or paint your existing wooden, metal, or PVC frames.
2. Special Disposal: Additional $120 for Tempered Glass doors / $90 for Wooden Bifold or Wooden Sliding doors.
3. Oversized Doors: Additional $90 material cost applies if the width OR height exceeds standard measurements. If both dimensions exceed, please contact us for a quote before payment.
